From application to first session.

Submit your application as a trained Biblical Guidance provider — credentials, training, denomination, languages spoken, and the topics you can serve (marriage, parenting, recovery, grief, vocational discernment, doctrinal questions).
The Nlarj team reviews your credentials and references. Verified providers receive a profile, calendar, and incoming session pipeline.
Set your availability. Receive incoming session bookings from Nlarj Members who matched with you through the Helping Hand intake assessment. Conduct private one-to-one video sessions from iOS, macOS, Windows, or Android.

Tools for providers

Run your practice from one app.

Everything a verified provider needs to operate — profile, calendar, incoming pipeline, video sessions, private notes, and follow-up. Available on iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS.

Nº 01Profile

Credentials on display.

Your training, denomination, languages spoken, and the topics you serve — surfaced on the profile Members see when the intake matches them with you.

Nº 02Calendar

Availability on your terms.

Set your own weekly schedule and block out time as needed. Timezone-aware so a provider in Bengaluru and a Member in Toronto see the same slot, correctly.

Nº 03Pipeline

Incoming session bookings.

Sessions arrive in your inbox after a Member completes the Helping Hand intake assessment and the matching engine routes them to you. Accept, decline, or propose another time.

Nº 04Sessions

Private one-to-one video.

Conduct sessions from inside the app — iOS, Android, Windows, or macOS. End-to-end private, no recording, nothing stored beyond the session metadata.

Nº 05Notes

Session notes, kept private.

Capture follow-up actions, reflections, and prayer points. Notes are scoped to your account only — not shared with the Member, the Nlarj team, or any church.

Nº 06Earnings & payouts

See what you have earned. Paid on cycle.

Track your earnings, completed-session counts, and ratings in the analytics dashboard. Add your bank account once; Nlarj remits your share on a regular payout cycle.

Topics

Serve where you have been trained.

Biblical Guidance is pastoral and spiritual care, NOT clinical therapy. Providers self-select the topic areas they are equipped to serve from a Biblical perspective and the matching engine routes Members accordingly. Common areas include marriage and pre-marital preparation, parenting, seasons of grief and loss, vocational discernment, doctrinal questions, and seasons of spiritual dryness. You serve what you have been trained for — nothing more, nothing less. Members in crisis or with diagnosed mental-health conditions are pointed to licensed mental-health professionals; Biblical Guidance complements, never replaces, clinical care.

Pricing

How you get paid.

Members pay for their sessions inside the app — you never handle Member payment. You receive a share of every completed session, and Nlarj remits payouts on a regular cycle. The specifics — rate split, payout cadence, minimum threshold — are set when we approve your application, based on your training and topic mix.

Nº 01

Members come pre-paid.

Members arrive having already paid for the session in the app. You do not handle payment, refunds, or chasing fees — you confirm the booking and run the session.

Nº 02

We handle the rails.

Payment infrastructure, intake routing, calendar coordination, video sessions, dispute handling. You focus on the conversation; we run everything around it.

Nº 03

No exclusivity, no minimum.

Keep your existing practice, serve through your local church, work with other platforms. Nlarj is one of the places people can find you, not the only one. Take zero sessions in a month — there is no penalty.

Questions

Provider FAQ.

The questions we field most from prospective Biblical Guidance providers. For anything not covered here, email the team directly.

No. Biblical Guidance is pastoral and spiritual care, rooted in scripture and offered by people trained in Biblical care, pastoral ministry, or theology — NOT licensed mental-health practice. Sessions are not psychotherapy, not psychiatric treatment, and not a substitute for clinical care. Members in crisis or with diagnosed mental-health conditions are pointed to a licensed mental-health professional in their region; Biblical Guidance is meant to complement, not replace, professional care.
