Nlarj for Churches
The admin console forleadership.
Live by the next Sunday.
Sign up, configure your campuses and ministries, then open the doors. The path from contract to first service is measured in days, not quarters.
Capabilities
Operate your ministry from one console.
Eight surfaces, one tenant. Each module reads from the same member roll, the same role table, the same campus tree — so leadership sees one ministry instead of seven disconnected tools.
Member roll.
A unified roster with roles, invitations, and bulk imports. Each member carries their language preference and household links so every downstream module reads from one source of truth.
Service planning.
Multi-step run-of-show for every service. Assign worship, preaching, prayer, and tech roles. Publish to your team so everyone walks in knowing their cue.
Events publishing.
Create and publish church-local events for your campuses, or surface worldwide events for the global Nlarj congregation. Registration, capacity, and reminders are built in.
Kids programme.
QR-based drop-off and pickup for kids ministry. Guardians scan in at the door and scan out when service ends. Every check-in writes back to the member roll for attendance and safety.
AI Analytics.
Nine dashboards — members, events, prayer, groups, volunteer & connect, sermons & streaming, Bible & Trivia, kids, plus a health-and-predictions view. Every chart carries an AI-generated one-line insight, and the whole report exports to PDF (monthly, quarterly, or annual) for the elders' meeting.
Multi-campus scoping.
Run multiple campuses or a whole denomination under one church account. Each campus keeps its own roll, services, and events; leadership sees the whole ministry rolled up in one view.
Permissions by role.
Pastor, Elder, Deacon, Ministry Leader, and custom roles. Every screen and every action only shows up for the people in the role allowed to see it — so the right people see the right thing, and nothing else.
Connect your own AI tools.
Generate secure access tokens (up to 5, IP-bound, 1–7 day expiry) so the AI tools your team already uses — Claude, Cursor, or any compatible client — can read your church's Nlarj data to draft reports, summarise meetings, or build custom admin workflows.
Pastor voices
From church leadership using the platform today.
Quotes from pastors and ministry leaders operating their congregations on Nlarj.
“"We launched in a week and saw a 30% lift in weekend attendance within a month."”
“"The Telugu-first interface meant our village team adopted it without any training. Unheard of."”
“"Our admin team finally has one tool instead of seven. The AI sermon planner is the gift we didn’t know we needed."”
“"Running five campuses under one church account just works. Each campus keeps its own roll while leadership still sees the whole ministry in one view."”
Pricing
Four tiers. Flat per church.
Four tiers — Free, Essentials, Pro, Enterprise. Start free, scale as the Lord grows your fellowship. Flat per-church billing — never per-member. All tiers ship with the full module set; the difference is member cap, campus reach, and the level of support behind you.
For house churches and small fellowships.
Up to 10 members. The core member roll, events, and the mobile app. No card required to start.
For growing congregations.
Up to 200 members. Unlocks Chat, Giving, Worship, Check-in, and Sermons. 14-day free trial.
What's not in the price
Three things you bring.
The categories where it would be wrong for us to mark up someone else's work, or to lock you into infrastructure you should own. We tell you up front so the procurement conversation has no surprises.
Your AI account.
AI Analytics insights and any external AI tool you connect (Claude, Cursor, etc) run on the church's own AI account. Your AI provider bills you directly — Nlarj never adds anything on top. The church stays in control of the AI relationship, including how long the provider retains your data.
Your streaming software + camera + storage.
If you stream Sunday services, you run a free streaming app like OBS on the same Windows PC as the Nlarj Churches admin console — that's where your camera and microphone plug in. The encoded video and the archived recording land in your church's own cloud storage (your bucket on Cloudflare R2, AWS S3, or Google Cloud) — Nlarj never holds the files. We orchestrate the stream, deliver it to members, and index it for search; you own the recordings.
Your payment account.
Online giving runs through your church's own payment account. The processor takes its standard fee and the rest lands in your account untouched. We never take a cut of giving.
How we think
Three commitments to ministry leadership.
The decisions we make on your behalf when there isn't a setting to toggle. These are the defaults — the posture of the platform toward the churches it serves.
01
Your data, your ledger.
Member roll exports to CSV anytime. On paid plans your sermons, livestream archives, and media files live in your church's own cloud storage (Cloudflare R2, AWS S3, or Google Cloud) — Nlarj never holds them. You own every record; the platform orchestrates, never owns.
02
Bring your own AI key.
Your AI account, your bill. The church connects its own AI account so the AI provider invoices you directly — Nlarj never adds anything on top.
03
Multi-language by default.
Every member sees the app in their own language — English, Spanish, Portuguese, Korean, Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi.
Churches FAQ
Asked & answered.
The questions church leadership asks before contracting — onboarding speed, data ownership, multi-campus scoping, AI cost model, livestream rights, switching tiers. Member-side questions live on /for-members.
Resources
Dig deeper.
Two churches-only resources: a side-by-side comparison against legacy church-software incumbents, and the full admin documentation for your team to operate the platform.
Ready
Schedule a demo.
Walk our team through your ministry's shape — campuses, languages, current tooling — and we'll show you the console mapped to it. Most churches are live by the following Sunday.
